Reporting

Reporting Commitment in Slovakia

To the main reporting aims belonging preparation of reports and data providing based on different requirements:
• Requirements of European Commission in water sector, being solved under competency of SHMI (Water Framework Directive (WFD)
• Requirements given by other European Union Council Directives in water sector (e.g. Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources - in Slovakia, part surface water)
• Requirements given by European Environmental Agency for regularly data and information reporting for different topics (surface water, groundwater, emmissions, biota...).
